MY APPROACH

A quote that I live and lead by is, “It is not our abilities but our choices that determine who we are.” I believe that we all aim to be our best selves. The choices we make in life bring this to fruition. A leader can help, and this is how.

People grow with healthy cross-functional relationships. When teams can collaborate and exchange ideas, try new things and learn from failure, more fruitful innovation is achieved. I choose to create collaborative environments. 

Companies and employees excel with a shared vision and mission. When employees, suppliers, customers, and board members align and work for a common purpose and goal, everyone wins. I choose to lead with a shared vision and mission. 

People thrive when there are systems and process in place. When a complex company can have simple ways of operating, people can connect better, creating more return for the stakeholders. I am a leader that puts processes in place. 

People are empowered when they follow their passions, practice continuous learning, and align their values with their actions to make a difference. I aim to lead by empowering people. 

A company grows when everyone puts the customer first. When we align on this, we can innovate for the customer and create better products providing a strong return for our investors. I lead with the customer at the center.
