As a developer of lean leadership teams, I help navigate the way through the 34 CliftonStrengths talent themes in a unique way with an EQ leadership bias to focus on leveraging the leaders strengths with other partners in the organization. After you take the StrenghtsFinder 2.0 assessment, I will guide you to utilize strength terminology to define how you fit and partner in the daily interaction with shareholders and stakeholders.
Provide, in person and/or virtually, an effective and then efficient operating framework to address accountability during scaling for growth. My focus is around People, Product, and Processes (i.e., sales, marketing, engineering, R&D, operations, and service).
